Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting within the Federal government contracting space and a strong background in recruiting for positions requiring high-level security clearances. This role is a remote opportunity; however, candidates should be located in Reston, VA, Arlington, VA, or Colorado Springs, CO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Facilitate the complete recruitment process for positions requiring high-level security clearance, from initial candidate sourcing to finalizing offer letters.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing strategies, including networking activities, referrals, job boards, and social media, to identify qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates in the cleared community, attending industry events and job fairs as needed.
- Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews and assessments, to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Clearance Verification: Ensure candidates possess the necessary security clearances and understand the implications and processes surrounding government contracting and compliance.
- Develop job requisitions: Facilitate the implementation of recruiting strategies within the Technology Service Group (TSG) business line. Create and post jobs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop trust: Partnership with external and internal candidates, hiring managers, and leadership, and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on highly cleared roles in federal or defense sectors.
- Strong understanding of security clearance levels and the clearance process.
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates through innovative methods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Salary/Rate Range $100K-$115K
