What We Need:
We are seeking a professional with strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with HR and other departments to improve employee experience and navigate change. This role will be responsible for functions within HR as well as supporting other departments for recruiting and employee experience.

Position Type: Full-time
Reports to: HR Generalist – RLR
Supports: All employees

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR Generalist to implement efficient seasonal recruiting processes
  • Plan, travel and coordinate meetings at college and career fairs that would benefit the whole of Rising Light Ridge
  • Assist HR Generalist with screening and clearance of candidates
  • Complete initial culture interviews with seasonal candidates while collaborating with Programs Director on needs
  • Coordinate with the Programs Director the “staff life” for seasonal staff during the summer
-Plan out staff activities and “off-day” events
  • Collaborate with HR Generalist on planning of staff activities and events throughout the year
  • Lead and strive to continuously improve the employee onboarding process
  • Collaborate with Employee Experience Coordinator on employee experience strategy and continuous improvement for the employee life cycles
  • Liaison for facility and technology vendors
  • Coordination and submission of employee birthday donations and anniversary announcements.
  • Work alongside RLR team to create an resourceful and productive work environment and space
  • Coordinate with HR and Leadership on yearly staff retreat plans.
  • Any other tasks as needed
Qualifications (and ideal qualities)
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a recruiting role
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Exceptional discernment
· Friendly and approachable
· Ability to handle situations objectively
· Adaptable to change
· Ability to perform in different environments (in the office and outdoors wherever camp is)
· Willing to maintain compliance with Mission, Vision, and Values Statement of Faith of Tim Tebow Foundation and Rising Light Ridge
