Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

  • You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products

  • Requirements ? A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Server Assembly Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing system assembly or mechanical engineering, familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing technologies

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems

  • Develop and test automated and manual systems

  • Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria

  • Collaborate with Quality Control Teams to ensure products meet established standards

  • Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance

  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services

  • Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements

  • Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations

  • Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste and manage expenses

  • Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes

  • Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations, including coordinating plans, resolving manufacturing issues and continuously improving production effective and performance



Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
