MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Technician with Robert Bosch in Charleston, SC. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will troubleshoot and maintain equipment to achieve safe product and quality targets per Bosch standards and procedures. This is a direct hire opportunity with multiple shifts available.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, print-reading, and mechanics
- Strong technical aptitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team environment
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Follow all plant safety and environmental policies
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Monitor operations
- Perform adjustments as needed to ensure quality production
- Troubleshoot and analyze equipment issues
- Initiate corrective actions to improve quality and equipment effectiveness
- Repair or replace defective machine components, such as solenoids, valves, and cylinders
- Perform line and machine changeovers
- Optimize processes to reduce set-up time
- Achieve expected production quantities to ensure customer goals are met
- Complete assigned technical training to support personal growth and development
- Collaborate with Operators, Manufacturing Technicians, Engineers, and area Leadership as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned
