Here's what you'll get: Shift Hours - Flexible around classes, Day Shift (3-4 days a week) Rates: 23.00/hr. 6+ Month Contract opportunity
Here's what you'd do: -Supporting materials team in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory improvements.
-Conducting studies (researching, gathering, comparing, computing and evaluating data) to determine improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, cost, and safety.
-Developing/maintaining systems associated with warehouse/shipping processes, layouts, flow, equipment, and communications.
-Collaborating with contractors and suppliers for project implementation.
-Managing the priorities and utilization of resources efficiently.
-Help develop standard work instructions to be used as training guidelines for new employees.
-Working with cross functional teams (quality, manufacturing, materials, design engineering, finance) to achieve plant goals.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications: -High School diploma or equivalent
-Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing environment in a technician role.
-Knowledge of basic shop math, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel).
-Able to interpret or learn to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
-Able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English language.
-Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications: -CAD knowledge
-SAP knowledge
-Knowledge of lean concepts.
-Familiarized with Power Tools (Drills, Saws, Angle Grinders, Wrench)
-Knowledgeable and interested in computers and technology
