Entech Staffing is hiring a Custodian for a local educational institution in Flint, MI. This is a full-time, contract/temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary facilities.
• Follow safety policies, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing.
• Respond to maintenance needs and complete assigned work orders.
• Maintain and organize custodial equipment and supplies.
• Build positive relationships with staff and facility occupants.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
• Physical capability to lift 60 lbs., work on ladders, and perform repetitive manual labor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to starting position.
