Professional cleaning experience, knowledge of floor maintenance equipment and safe handling of chemicals is preferred. The position requires heavy lifting, stretching, bending, and working on your feet for long periods. Indoor and outdoor duties are assigned, and shifts may not be standard hours.
New hires with the district are required to attend an orientation. More than one position per category may become available and applicants may be considered for placement throughout the district based upon appropriate and current Alabama Certification credentials.

All positions are posted to meet the minimum number of days required by state regulations and are open until filled by the Muscle Shoals Board of Education.
