About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Racquet Sports Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our members and guests in the area of tennis. You will be responsible for organizing and conducting tennis lessons, clinics, and tournaments, as well as maintaining the tennis courts and equipment. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our members and guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience at our facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification from a recognized tennis association
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tennis professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in organizing and conducting tennis tournaments
• Experience in developing and implementing tennis programs and events
• Experience in managing a tennis facility
• Experience in coaching players of all levels and ages
• Passion for the game of tennis

Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct tennis lessons, clinics, and tournaments
• Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice to members and guests
• Maintain the tennis courts and equipment
• Assist with the development and implementation of tennis programs and events
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants

Skills:

As a Racquet Sports Professional, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide expert advice and exceptional customer service to our members and guests. You will use your strong organizational and time management skills to ensure that all tennis lessons, clinics, and tournaments are organized and conducted efficiently and effectively. Your passion for the game of tennis will be evident in your coaching of players of all levels and ages. Your ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, will ensure that our members and guests have access to our facility at all times. Finally, your experience in managing a tennis facility will be invaluable in ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
