  • Competitive Pay: Earn $75.34 per hour plus an additional $7.53/hr reward rate for your expertise and dedication.


  • Flexible Schedule: Work three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), Monday through Friday, totaling 36 hours weekly.


  • Short-Term Commitment: Three-month contract, with opportunities to make a significant impact in a short time frame.

What youll be doing:


  • Implementing and monitoring comprehensive patient care plans for CVICU patients.


  • Observing, recording, and communicating patient conditions, ensuring each action aligns with physician and nursing directives.


  • Coordinating patient care across all disciplines to ensure a seamless approach to recovery.


  • Managing discharge planning with the healthcare team to provide a smooth transition for patients.


  • Utilizing critical thinking and decisive judgment to deliver effective care, even under stressful circumstances.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an RN in a CVICU or similar critical care setting.


  • Specialized Skills: Expertise as a Traveler RN-CVICU, with proficiency in handling complex patient cases with minimal supervision.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in high-stress environments, making a meaningful impact where it matters most.
