Overview
We are looking for an Executive Director Specialist RN supporting our branches throughout North and South Carolina. You will serve as the administrator on call and are responsible for the overall operation at the local office, employment of qualified Hospice personnel, and provision of Hospice services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Reside or plan to reside in North Carolina or South Carolina.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of recent hospice management experience.
- Be available for 100% travel throughout North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain standards of high quality and customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
- Implement and evaluate goals and objectives for Hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality.
- Maintain compliance with all legal rules and regulations.
- Meet growth and development targets and actively establish and maintain market acceptance throughout the local service area.
About You
- Willing to travel to different locations within the region.
- Responsible for establishing and implementing goals for hospice services.
- Experience in managing budgets and ensuring organizational goals align with patient care standards.
- Knowledge of hospice operations, regulations, and compliance.
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement.
- 3-5 years of sales or management experience preferably in a Hospice or Healthcare environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and share information to improve overall team performance.
- Exercises professional judgment and demonstrates good problem-resolution skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple online and computer applications.
- Quick to learn and apply new knowledge.
- Effectively processes and integrates time-sensitive information from multiple sources.
