We are seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Room to join a dedicated healthcare team at a well-respected facility in Mount Pleasant, WI. This is a 3-month contract position, providing a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills and certifications will make a direct impact on patient outcomes. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and coordinated care, while collaborating with healthcare professionals across disciplines.

What youll be doing:

• Implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans.
• Recording and communicating patient conditions as needed.
• Coordinating care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring smooth discharge planning by collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Providing care in accordance with established protocols and nursing orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience.
• Valid RN license and required certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Must be willing to float within skill set or to nearby sites as needed.
• Work authorization in the U.S. (Green Card or U.S. Citizen).
