What You'll Be Doing:


  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring patient needs are met with a comprehensive approach.


  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions, coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary teams for well-rounded patient care.


  • Carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring seamless execution of all care plans.


  • Contribute to discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition for patients leaving the facility.


Requirements:


  • Experience: 2+ years as a Medical/Surgical RN, with a proven track record in delivering quality care.


  • Licensure: Valid RN credentials, ready to step into an impactful role.

  • Skills: Proficient in Cerner OneChart EHR, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
