What youll be doing:

• Implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans

• Recording and communicating patient conditions as needed

• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

• Following physician and nursing orders accurately and effectively

• Supporting patient discharge planning alongside the healthcare team

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting

• Skills: Proficiency as a Medical Surgical RN and in managing coordinated patient care
