What youll be doing:

• Implement and oversee patient care plans, ensuring a safe and effective treatment process.

• Carry out physician and nursing orders meticulously, documenting patient conditions and updates.

• Engage in discharge planning, assessing patient needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.

• Skills: Proficiency as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care.

• Patient Care Focus: Ability to manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 within a 21-bed capacity unit, focusing on renal and general medical patients ranging from young adults to late adults.
