Primary Responsibilities

Chemical Handling:
- Properly mix and use cleaning chemicals, compounds, and insecticides if needed.
Tool and Equipment Operation:
- Operate high-pressure hoses and floor scrubbers.
- Dismantle, clean, and reassemble machinery.
- Potential forklift operation (training provided).
General Maintenance:
- Perform painting or exterior maintenance tasks.
Safety and Procedures:
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturer’s guidelines for chemical use.
- Accurately read and execute written/verbal instructions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work effectively in a team and independently.
- Communicate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
Documentation:
- Complete logs, forms, and required documentation accurately.

Qualifications

Education:
- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Basic math skills for product usage and dilution rates.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and safety protocols.

Physical Demands

Activities: Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and gripping.
Lifting: Occasionally lift/carry weights up to 10 lbs.
Vision: Good near/far visual acuity required.

Work Environment

Uneven ground and excessive noise.
Potential exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, biohazards, and machinery hazards.
Tasks may require work at heights or in physically demanding conditions.
