Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor


Reports To: Housekeeping Manager / Director of Facilities


Position Description: Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will oversee a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and equipped to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. The position is full-time, with an hourly range between $18.00 - $20.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and train housekeeping staff
  2. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure that they are clean, organized, and well-maintained
  3. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are well-stocked and in good working order
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure that member and guest needs are met
  5. Use your problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise in a fast-paced environment
  6. Attention to detail and organizational skills to support our efforts to maintain the facilities
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and protocol
  8. Inspect the housekeeping staff periodically and checks the quality of their work
  9. Respond to requests, concerns and problems to ensure member satisfaction
  10. Assign team to tasks in the golf pro shop, tennis pro shop, fitness center, restrooms, and seasonal spaces
