The Rambler Motel is looking to immediately hire qualified, enthusiastic, part-time Housekeeping Supervisors. We are looking for world-class employees who go the extra mile and create the atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back time and time again.

Housekeeping Supervisor Position Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in large, fast paced, hotel housekeepingenvironment WITH at least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
-Effective management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
-Able to write routine reports and correspondence
-Able to read and interpret documents in both English and Spanish
-Required: Flexible scheduling availability to include working Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays
-Required: Ability to safely lift 25 lbs or more and carry it to another location
-Required: Positive attitude, respect of others and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests and fellow coworkers We are a TEAM!
-Required: Ability to perform all position responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation and be able to bend, lift, stand and walk throughout the shift
-Required: Computer literate. Must be able to understand and use the basics of Microsoft 365 effectively including Outlook, Excel, & Word.
-Experience with RoomMaster POS a plus!
General Position Responsibilities (this is a sampling and not a complete list of all expected duties)
-Communicate effectively, both verbally, in writing, and electronic communication to provide clear direction in assigning and instructing housekeeping and laundry staff in details of work.
-Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and Management verbally, in writing, and electronic communication
-Provide staffing, training, counseling, and performance reviews for housekeeping department.
-Distribute and delegate work load to guarantee maximum production.
-Plan, organize, and monitor staff activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, which requires continuous visual inspection ofrooms and public space areas including Lobby, pool, etc.
-Assist in conducting efficient and effective inter-departmental meetings
-Ensure clean facilities throughout the hotel (including hallways and public areas) details matter!
-Monitor all Inventory and notifying Management when items are low
