As the Housekeeping Manager, youll be the go-to expert ensuring our facility and events sparkleliterally and figuratively. From managing a talented team to coordinating with vendors and clients, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment and takes pride in a job well done.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Leading a Team: Hire, train, and motivate our housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service.
  • Hands-On Management: Oversee every detail of building and event cleaning, ensuring every nook and cranny is event-ready.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Tackle challenges, find creative solutions, and implement strategies to meet high-quality standards.
  • Scheduling Staff: Schedule team members according to event and facility needs.
  • Inventory Guru: Keep track of supplies, equipment, and chemicals to ensure efficiency and cost control.
  • Safety First: Train the team on safe use of equipment and chemicals, adhering to best practices and MSDS guidelines.
  • Adaptable & Agile: Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our busy event schedule.
  • Client-Centric: Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless event experience for every client and guest.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience managing housekeeping in arenas, convention centers, or similar venues (1+ years preferred).
  • A team-focused leader who knows how to motivate and coach staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a bonus.
  • Certifications (or willingness to obtain): Forklift license, CPR certification, and valid drivers license.
  • Physical stamina to lead by example, including lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating a variety of cleaning tasks.
