Are you ready to be at the heart of the action in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? The Classic Center is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Event Services Coordinator to support our Arena Operations team.
In this role, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities, from administrative duties to event planning and backstage activations. You'll work closely with our management team to ensure every event exceeds expectations and create memorable experiences for our clients and guests.
What You'll Do:
Support event preparation and coordination alongside a talented team. Manage vendor orders, invoices, and financial records. Create and distribute event signage and marketing content. Plan unique non-ticketed events like receptions and museum tours. Provide exceptional service to clients, tenants, and event attendees. What We're Looking For:
A problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in event management or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems. A flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
