Job Description

Reliable and engaging. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

What you will be doing:
  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of housekeeping team to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
  • Cleaning and inspecting residences.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
  • Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
  • Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Service focused personality is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with limited supervision.
  • Incredible time-management and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Physical & Mental Requirements: Able to focus on task at hand and take direction, able to bend, twist, lift up to 30 lbs, push, pull, use a step ladder or stairs, safely use chemicals and PPE


Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA.

Starting hourly wage: $22.62/hr
