Primary duty - Assist the Executive Housekeeper with day-to-day operations. Provide training, coaching, and counseling to all housekeeping employees.
Daily housekeeping team will be supervising a team of 8-15 housekeepers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assists in facilitate hiring process, including interviewing, training, and evaluating job performance. Provide ongoing training and development to all positions.
- Interact with all employees in the Housekeeping Department. Evaluate, coach, counsel and provide leadership support.
- Work on particular assignments or projects to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and provide feedback to room attendants.
- Manage administrative duties, including payroll and operating expenses.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in housekeeping management
- 2+ years of housekeeping or room inspector work or similar
- Good written and spoken comunicaiton
- Good time management
- Hotel or cleaning service experience
- Preferred- Spanish skills or bilingual in other languages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
