What this role is all about:
We are looking for a Forklift Driver, also referred to as a Batcher, on 3rd Shift in La Crosse, WI.
The Batcher performs all tasks involved in the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse. The Batcher follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and practices safe work habits and works in all areas of the warehouse. This position regularly handles bags of product that are up to 25 kg. (55.115 lbs.) and occasionally handles bags of product that are up to 100 lbs.

- Sunday through Thursday 11 pm to 7 am
Job Duties:
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures for batching procedures are consistently adhered to.
- Ensure the warehouse is properly organized with products scanned into correct locations.
- Accurately and efficiently read ingredients and count the number of bags per pallet.
- Complete necessary paperwork; ensuring all documentation requirements are met during batching process.
- Work with Quality, Line Leaders/Assistant Line Leaders and Supervisors on requests for additional ingredients as well as clarification on lot quantities of batches.
