Title: Maintenance Technician

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Inspect, test, and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components of conveyors and related machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) systems, including troubleshooting and reprogramming as needed.
- Maintain and repair conveyor belts, motors, drives, bearings, and other related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement preventive maintenance programs for conveyor systems and PLC-controlled machinery.
- Update and maintain accurate maintenance logs, including detailed records of repairs, parts replaced, and troubleshooting steps.
- Perform system upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety of conveyor systems and PLCs.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in control panels, sensors, and associated wiring for conveyor systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associates degree in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor systems.
