Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Perform complex technical repairs and preventive maintenance on bakery equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and computerized systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, execute repairs, install new parts, and overhaul equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough testing of repaired equipment and maintain accurate records in the computerized maintenance system.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Procedures and prioritize safety in all work activities.
- Monitor work order queue, execute assigned preventative and corrective tasks, and create follow-up notifications as needed.
- Identify and communicate equipment criticality and potential risks to supervisors and managers.
- Collaborate with planners and parts coordinators to ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Inspect material kits in advance to confirm readiness for scheduled work orders.
- Embrace a flexible mindset and adapt to frequent changes in the production line environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of experience in instrumentation, measurement, control systems, electronics, mechanical, and/or electrical experience in industrial and manufacturing machinery, or 6 years of equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment, troubleshooting PLC software, I/O, field devices, and working with mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in at least three of the following skills: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and food manufacturing process controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems design documents.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the capability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
