This pivotal role involves managing lead-generating kiosks at well-established wholesale partner locations, helping us introduce our premium products and services to the San Diego community. - Competitive Compensation: Earn $22-$25 per hour as a base salary, with additional earning potential through bonuses and commissions, plus a $25 bonus per demoed appointment.

- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers at retail locations, providing information and capturing leads for in-home consultations.
- Promotional Activities: Efficiently manage kiosk displays, including setup and takedown, ensuring a professional presentation of materials.
- Lead Generation: Collect and report lead information accurately, aiming to convert interactions into potential sales opportunities.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Must be outgoing and enjoy interacting with a diverse array of customers daily.
- Resilience: A positive attitude towards customer rejections and the drive to continuously engage new prospects.
- Vehicle Ownership: Must own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license to travel between locations as needed.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule including early mornings and late nights, and to sit or stand for extended periods.
