This role is perfect for an individual who can lead our retail brand ambassador efforts in engaging with customers at our partner retail locations to generate high-quality leads for our sales team. Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and lead a team of retail brand ambassadors, ensuring they represent the Lifetime brand effectively and generate high-quality leads.
• Retail Marketing: Actively participate in and oversee engagement efforts at partner retail locations, ensuring your team effectively interacts with customers and communicates the benefits of our products.
• Training and Development: Implement and oversee the application of the comprehensive training program, ensuring your team is fully equipped to succeed.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and assess your team's performance, providing coaching and support to maximize results.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to refine and enhance our retail marketing strategies and lead generation processes.

Qualifications:

• Retail or Customer-Facing Experience: 2+ year in retail marketing, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Persuasion Skills: Your ability to connect with customers and encourage them to schedule consultations will drive success for you and your team.
• Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to mentor and motivate your team while maintaining professionalism.
• Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment while effectively managing challenges and changes.
• Experience: Prior sales or team leadership experience is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training is provided.
