Swoon is hiring a Flight Staffing Assistant for our top client in VA!

• 6 month contract with potential to extend/convert
• On site in Arlington, VA
• No C2C eligibility/ No sponsorship available at this time

What does the day to day look like?

• Answers phones, general questions and assists with walk in traffic.
• Provides support for the Flight Management Staff completing special projects and other duties as assigned by a Supervisor/Manager
• Processes reimbursements, assists in the administration of pilot leaves (LTD/FMLA/MLOA/IOD), personnel file management, iPad updates, webpage updates, processes emergency travel requests, issues/logs uniform items, training hotel requests, parking hangtags, ID’s and SIDA badges.

What's required:

• 1+ years experience in administration or customer service
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Strong customer service skills both telephone and face to face

What's nice to have:

• Prior experience in airline or aviation industry
• Prior experience with enterprise company
• Collaborative, and no task too small attitude!
