Spherion Staffing has partnered with a local property management company who is looking for a professional Front Desk receptionist to oversee all receptionist, scheduling and secretarial duties. This person is the first and last point of contact for clients and must have the ability to create a lasting impression of warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

Available schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Accountability for front desk operations including answering phones, office up-keep and general day-to-day operations:
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Great verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with clients and staff.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Ability to multitask and organizational skills to manage different responsibilities effectively

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration
- Bilingual a plus
