Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a key contributor to the business by partnering closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that enhance our ability to attract and secure top talent. You will drive all aspects of full lifecycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring. This position will primarily recruit for corporate and functional roles as well as salaried positions for two of our business segments. The ideal candidate is results driven, resilient, a problem solver, can think outside the box, and has strong interpersonal skills.
This role is full-time and based out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. It reports to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Diversity.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies using diverse tools, techniques, and channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, advise them on the talent market and recruitment best practices.
- Develop strong external networks and introduce new strategies and out of the box thinking to source and secure top talent.
- Keep current on external market factors and emerging best practices in recruitment.
- Effectively utilize our ATS (Workday Recruiting) to manage the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Follow established processes while also identifying opportunities for greater efficiencies.
- Establish routines to ensure ongoing communication with hiring managers and other internal partners.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Report on key sourcing and recruitment metrics and leverage the data and analytics to inform future recruitment strategies.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience including corporate functions such as Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, Legal
- 5+ years of heavy sourcing experience
- Prior agency/third party recruitment experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday highly preferred)
- Strong business and recruiter acumen
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines with agility
- Strategic thinker with creativity and a solutions-oriented mindset
