The Role
We are looking for a very detail oriented Senior Recruiter in Parsippany, New Jersey to support one of our Pharmaceutical clients. The Senior Recruiter will be required to work onsite at our client 2 days a week in Parsippany.

We are looking for someone with 8-12 years of experience recruiting for Senior level roles in the following areas: R&D, HR, Finance, Legal, Sales/Marketing, Engineering and Supply chain

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
  • Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies
  • Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy with hiring manager
  • Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the recruitment experience until start date
  • Support the hiring manager with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determiningan appropriate offer . Close the candidate: broker the offer with the chosen candidate, manage objections and support the candidate during their notice period
  • Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
Skills & Experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in 360 Recruiting (end to end recruitment)
  • Experience recruiting Senior level roles within Corporate functions required (HR, Finance, Legal, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Supply chain)
  • Experience working in Pharmaceuticals, specifically R&D preferred
  • RPO and agency experience is a must have
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience providing excellent candidate and stakeholder management
  • Experience working with Success Factors is a nice to have
  • Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
  • Able to demonstrate a broader understanding of the clients business and strategies
  • Able to act autonomously, potentially responsible for own business areas on a standalone basis
  • Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies
