As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions.

As a Workday Data Manager your primary responsibilities may include:

  1. Lead a team of one to four Data Conversion consultants on one or more project teams.
  2. Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system.
  3. Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools.
  4. Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday.
  5. Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday.
  6. Assist clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues, and overall responsibility over conversion activities on the project.
  7. Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership.
  8. Follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals.
  9. Collaborate with client counterparts to successfully deliver on shared objectives.
  10. Identify and escalate risks and develop alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary.
  11. Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience.

Here’s what you need:

  1. Workday Partner Certification.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday Data conversion experience.
  4. Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL experience.
  5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).

Bonus points if:

  1. Keen understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  2. Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics.
  3. Referenceable consulting-based leadership experience.
  4. Proven experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint.
