Opportunity: Temp-to-Hire Secretary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Secretary for a temp-to-hire position. This role requires a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their organizational and communication abilities.

Key Requirements:

Typing Proficiency: Minimum 40 WPM with accuracy.
Experience: At least 4 years of proven dependability in a similar role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to comfortably engage with C-suite professionals.
Customer Service: Enthusiastic about helping others and committed to fostering success.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required and a 2-4 year degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Requires a clean criminal background report and a negative drug test
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Proficient with all Microsoft Office and stand alone programs
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Great front desk experience with a true desire to help
