The DoubleTree Downtown seeks an energetic Lobby Attendant to join the housekeeping team.

As a Lobby Attendant, you will contribute to the welcoming ambiance of our hotel, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step through the door.

As a Lobby Attendant, you will

  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area, including furniture, fixtures, and decor.
  • Regularly sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a pristine and inviting entrance.
  • Keep seating areas, magazines, and other amenities organized and well-presented for guest enjoyment.
  • Monitor and promptly address any spills or messes to uphold a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide helpful information with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless coordination in cleanliness.

To be successful in this role, you need basic English communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, including bending, lifting, and carrying light objects. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and aesthetically pleasing lobby. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
