Posting Details Job Title Recruiting Coordinator Coach Department FOOTBALL Position Number GP628A Location Norfolk, VA Job Summary The Recruiting Coordinator Coach will report to the Director of Player Personnel and the primary responsibility will be assisting the Coaching Staff, Director of Player Personnel & Assistant Director of Player Personnel with recruiting prospective student-athletes for ODU Football as well as assisting in the management and instruction of daily recruiting operations. The Recruiting Coordinator Coach will also assist with on field responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach & Assistant Coaches. Position Type FullTime Type of Recruitment General Public Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with training and experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Extensive knowledge of the recruiting industry within football. Related experience at the Division I level recruiting or supporting a football program. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Drive or ARMS preferred. Conditions of Employment Must be able to work nights and weekends.
