Key responsibilities:
- Source and engage candidates through various platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for the position being sought.
- Collaborate with Client Care Manage to understand weekly hiring needs!
What will it take to be successful in this position?
- Great speaking and presenting skills.
- Tenacity
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to build a recruiting strategy, reaching out to job seekers who may have the skills and interest to succeed as a Home Health Aide
- Professionalism to manage relationships with schools who have nursing or health care programs.
- Deliver presentations to residential communities (and other places) in Palm Beach County about career opportunities for their residents!
- Design a strategy and use social media to attract great caregivers.
- Must be fluent in English as you will design/write recruiting campaigns on social media, interview, hire and onboard new caregivers.
