Home Instead currently has an opportunity available for an experienced individual to join our care team in Casper as a Caregiver Recruiter. We seek a talented applicant who can help us continue to achieve our mission of delivering the highest quality non-medical home care services to seniors in Wyoming.
The Caregiver Recruiter is expected to perform a variety of duties that surround taking proactive measures to attract the most talented caregivers in our State. The right applicant must be compassionate, empathetic, and love working with seniors. Customer relations experience and the desire to thrive within a high growth industry are also a must.
This is a Full-Time position.

The Caregiver Recruiter is expected to perform a variety of duties that surround taking proactive measures to attract the most talented caregivers in our State. The right applicant must be compassionate, empathetic, and love working with seniors. Customer relations experience and the desire to thrive within a high growth industry are also a must.
This is a Full-Time position.
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Answer & triage calls from caregivers, client's and prospects
- Recruit caregiversplace job postings, manage/attend/host recruitment fairs, and source qualified candidates
- Managing online social media presence and content posting.
- Conduct interviews, orientation, on-boarding and training sessions
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing recruitment activity and process towards goals
- Create and manage caregiver bios for the team
- Documenting our recruiting pipeline in our operating technology system and in shared cloud-based folders
- Provide occasional caregiver in order to support our caregiving team when necessary
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of two years in a staffing and/or recruiting position.
- Professional experience in the field of customer service.
- Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements.
- Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Must have experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-task on several calls and maintain professionalism and patience with a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, since the schedule conflicts bound to arise that will require creative solutions.
