We are actively seeking an experienced RN to join our Richardson, Texas-based home health agency as a Clinical Manager. This pivotal role will serve as a crucial link between our Director of Nursing and our dedicated clinical staff, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and clinical staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations, maintaining compliance across all operations.
  • Provide comprehensive education and training to clinical staff on updated policies and procedures.
  • Participate actively in the recruitment and selection process for nursing personnel.
  • Manage and oversee clinical and administrative functions, including meticulous recordkeeping.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries and referrals with compassion and expertise.
  • Participate in on-call nursing schedule and deliver skilled bedside nursing care as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate care provided by clinical staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care plans.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans, ensuring they meet patient needs.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance and utilization review activities, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular supervisory visits and ensure thorough coordination of client care.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting.
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and other relevant clinical software.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a clinical team.
  • Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations governing home health agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
  • Full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
  • On-call availability as needed.
