We are currently seeking a collaborative, goals-driven, detail-oriented VP & Balance Sheet Management & Investments Manager to join our Treasury and Investments Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Bank’s investment, BOLI and derivatives portfolios. You will coordinate the Bank’s capital actions, monitoring and stress testing, and develop ALM and interest rate risk strategies to stabilize earnings and support long-term corporate objectives.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $163,000/year; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, math or sciences required
- 10+ years of Banking, Finance and/or Risk experience required
- Master’s degree in business, finance, financial engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or other related quantitative discipline preferred
- Subject matter expertise in the management of interest rate risk, liquidity and capital for a financial institution regulated by the Federal Reserve and/or Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
- Knowledge of fixed income, interest rate risk and valuation concepts
- Knowledge of Bank finance, products, and risk management practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work under restricted timeframes
- Collaborative, organized and attentive to detail
- Capacity for designing creative solutions to non-routine problems
- Demonstrable aptitude for written and verbal communication
