First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced and collaborative Vice President & Treasury Management Solutions & Merchant Services Manager to join our Guam & CNMI Region Office team. In this role, you’ll grow and expand the portfolio by consulting, selling/cross-selling, and servicing Cash Management and Merchant Services solutions to small, mid-size, and corporate business customers for the Guam Region. Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the GU-CNMI Region. Be an active participant in the Guam Region management team to assist with goal setting, sales, communications, and issues that arise in the Region. Supervise merchant sales/service staff on Guam and CNMI.

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience required.

Certified Treasury Professional certification from the Association of Finance Professionals preferred.

15 years general banking experience or sales; or 5 years Cash Management/Treasury experience required.

Ability to consult and recommend solutions for business customers to enhance business development objectives.

Able to plan, organize, and forecast with reasonable precision.

Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.

Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-through.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

Excellent time management skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Able to analyze financial statements.
