Job Summary The Communications and Content Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering engaging content that highlights Josselyn's mission, programs, and impact. This role focuses on creating dynamic social media content to drive followers and engagement across all Josselyn's online channels. Additionally, the role will support email marketing campaigns and ensure all communications reflect Josselyn's brand and voice. Responsibilities also include monitoring social media, fostering community engagement, and reporting performance to enhance outreach and connections with community members, donors, and partners. Essential Responsibilities and Metrics Collaborate in the creation of social media content by: Writing copy Designing graphics Creating and editing short-form videos Shooting and editing static images Periodically craft email marketing campaigns in support of the social media strategy Implement Josselyn's brand and voice in all messaging Engage with Josselyn's online communities, including Meta platforms and LinkedIn Support ongoing social media and email marketing tracking and reporting updates Qualifications Communications, marketing, PR, advertising, or journalism background Experience with social media content creation and management Experience with photography and video creating and editing software Ind2
