Job Description:
Are you ready to take your administrative prowess to the next level? We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide essential support to our BPO/ODIR/MS department.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of the office, coordinating vital communications, and providing top-notch administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide crucial evening coverage to the BPO/ODIR staff and assume the duties of the Executive Assistant when required.
  • Coordinate and process various awards, manage databases and spreadsheets, and maintain an efficient office environment.
  • Play a key role in facilitating meetings, events, and conferences while ensuring the dissemination of key information.
Tasks:
  • Draft and/or critically review correspondence.
  • Attend meetings to record and disseminate minutes and provide indispensable executive office support.
  • Maintain schedules, assist in planning meetings, events, and off-sites, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administer databases, manage user accounts, and create reports.
  • Retrieve information, attend meetings, and support TIER actions.
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI security clearance is required.
  • Proven track record in drafting and coordinating documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and provide summaries to senior management.
  • Experience in administering databases, managing user accounts, and creating reports.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and executing meetings, events, conferences, and off-sites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to greet and escort visitors and coordinate visitor requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in maintaining an efficient office environment and assisting in office equipment repairs and renovations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
