Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Organize and maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment to ensure a smooth workflow.
Communication Support: Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries; direct inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel.
Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Customer Service: Interact with clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Billing & Expense Reports: Assist with invoicing, billing processes, and preparation of expense reports for staff.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
