Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Organize and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assist in preparing for board meetings and taking minutes when required.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
