Rupesh Patel Home Selling Team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a successful entrepreneur in the real estate industry. This individual will work directly with the CEO and will be at the helm of multiple very fast-growing, robust businesses. Your primary focus will be to protect his time, financial interests, and image/brand, and multiply his effectiveness. Success here will not happen simply by doing what you are told. You will need to know the desired outcomes, prioritize your time and projects - and make your own decisions as to how to best accomplish the goals we set. From the inner workings of business operations, business negotiations, and high-level marketing to owning the challenging moments and tasks that a successful business and family-first lifestyle is built on, you will get to experience it all firsthand. With a close relationship, you will learn his personality and voice and ultimately manage the majority of his day-to-day activities, scheduling, correspondence, project management, research and errands - among other activities. Job responsibilities: The main role of the Executive Assistant will be to support the entrepreneur in any way that helps him to be a better leader of the company that he owns and a better father/human. The role will be broad in nature and will consist of a wide variety of tasks. Responsibilities: Calendar/Email/ Database & Telephone Management • Keep the executive on task by making the noise go away • Always in the know of the inbox and sent folders • Proactive scheduling of meetings, calls, events, and follow-ups • Personal calendaring including workouts, travel, haircuts, medical appointments, etc. • Answer incoming calls/text messages • Manage database of clients Special Services • Idea follow-up / turn “Started/Incomplete” into “Done” • Maintain/upgrade company presentations • Execute marketing projects • Assist with personal social and web presence • Be the "eyes & ears" for the entrepreneur to keep him informed of issues or concerns • Manage real estate systems in place • Assist with new marketing initiatives • Assist with client/team events • General administrative tasks • Document prep for appointments • Assist in training and meetings for team and team members • Generate reports for CEO • General office duties At-Home / Personal Services • Personal errands as needed Qualifications: Who you are and what you believe: • You believe asking is 90% of getting • You exceed expectations • You see the value of discussion • You are available when called upon • You are not a pushover • You value trust, autonomy, collaboration, and transparency • You have the courage to “get it wrong”, on the way to “getting it right” • You believe that going the extra mile is just par for the course • You respect everyone • You know that nothing is “someone else's problem” Who you ARE NOT? • Someone that needs a high level of direction • Someone who is done learning and thinking when the workday stops Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
