We are currently in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to enhance our operations in Petaluma, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a significant impact within a team that values clear communication and initiative. This job will be supporting the CEO of a rapidly expanding company. He is a level 5, big-picture person. Your job will be to help him stay on track, keep organized, and block and tackle to protect his time.
Duties:
•Manage and report key data and metrics in company
•Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and agendas, ensuring effective use of time.
•Manage email inbox, phone and respond when appropriate.
•Step in as needed to run meetings.
•Document meeting outcomes and action items to facilitate follow-up.
•Assist with recruiting and first pass screenings of potential hires.
•Manage projects for the CEO as needed.
•Represent the company's brand with a professional appearance and conduct.
•Assist in preparing presentations and monitoring timelines for ongoing projects.
•Manage personal tasks and errands
•Support customer engagement initiatives, including coordinating and participating in appreciation events.
•Contribute positively to the company culture and uphold core values.
•Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
•Research and compile information for various projects as needed.
•Perform additional office duties as assigned and provide backup for management tasks.
