UTA seeks talented in-office based Executive Assistants to support our corporate senior executives in Los Angeles. Our Executive Assistants provide high-level administrative support to our executives by performing clerical functions. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office by prioritizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $27 to $40 per hour.

What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain executive schedule(s), including scheduling and coordinating zoom and in-person meetings and appointments
- Screen and roll phone calls with internal and external parties
- Organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and promptly
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of prior administrative assistant experience
- Ability to liaise with key senior-level executives
- Ability to liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients & partners
- Capable of managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Previous experience managing an executive desk required
- Highly professional with excellent judgment and discretion
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a dynamic and in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do, positive attitude and willing to "go the extra mile"
- Critical attention to detail and highly organized
- General business knowledge and interest in Entertainment business essential
