The Senior Program and Project Manager will be critical in helping us achieve these goals by combining tactical project management with strategic program oversight. This dual-role position will ensure exceptional client experiences and drive long-term improvements in our managed security services.

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and track project expenses.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales and all parties involved in the customer acquisition process to ensure point of sale expectations and delivery expectations are aligned.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies ensuring collaborative communication to all affected parties

- Lifecycle Management: Direct full project lifecycle management of large-scale projects.
- Standardization: Implement project standards across projects for consistent service delivery. This includes system and reporting necessary to efficiently manage multiple projects and efficiently report status and completion estimates.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive deployment plans and document project lessons learned.
- SOC Monitoring: Many projects resolve around Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring, you should have a good understanding of how to manage transitions to steady-state operations.
- Methodology Refinement: Refine our methodology based on industry best practices with continuous feedback and well-defined metrics to drive improvement.
- Technology Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of security platforms (e.g., SIEM, EndPoint Detection, Identity Detection, Email Security, Network Security) and cloud-based networks. Prefer experience in a SOC or MDR operation.

- Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback from clients regarding the delivery and outcomes of security services.
- Innovation: Successful identification and implementation of innovative solutions and process improvements. Provide these through demonstrable improvements in processes and methodologies based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Risk Mitigation: Maintain, communicate and keep updated and active risk register of individual and project portfolio risks and mitigation strategies and communicate that with stakeholders and needed.
- Strategic Alignment: Alignment of projects and programs with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, including program management. Experience with agile as well as waterfall and other project management methodologies.
- Certifications: ITIL, PMP/Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, PgMP, CISM, CISSP, or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Have a passion for delighting customers and be their advocate.
