The ideal candidate will at least 1 or 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, which will align successfully with the organization's needs.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $16.40

Shift: 12am- 6am

What's the Job?

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
