We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. You will handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling, communication, data management, and office coordination, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
  • Prepare and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory management, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
  • Organize office events and activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Assist with project management tasks and support the execution of team initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
