This Director of Product Marketing for Residential Segment will successfully build and promote SolarEdge's businesses in close partnership with Executive Management by providing sound, innovative, strategic leadership and initiatives. Collect customer requirements and drive execution of short and long term product roadmaps.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates SolarEdge products in the market
  • Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Market intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
  • Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products
  • Actively network to seek out new talent, and routinely interview candidates to add strength to the organization.
  • Educate and develop account management staff. Coach and motivate account group leaders to effectively develop and motivate their direct reports. Identify and recommend internal and external training opportunities.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of agency process, and ensure compliance with all standard policies and procedures.
  • Manage teams of Technical marketing
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, product development, marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in the solar, energy storage, or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of new product development processes, market analysis, product lifecycle, and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey complex technical concepts in a compelling manner.

FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE

At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be approximately $150K-$220k. Base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
